The Chaffinch

Living Space and Spreading:

Trees, bushes and hedges are important for chaffinches, so the typical living spaces of them are gardens, forests e.g. in North Africa, Westasia and Europe.
Above all chaffinches are a common kind of birds in Europe.

Bird migration:

In autumn chaffinches are (in countries) in the Mediterranean. The female chaffinches and the male chaffinches leave they places at different times. First the male chaffinches come back
to their areas of offspring to look for a territory. But there are also male chaffinches which stay here in winter.
